At VandanaWeb, every website is developed according to each client’s unique requirements. Therefore, the following policy applies.
Project Cancellation
Clients may request cancellation before development work begins.
If development has already started, cancellation requests will be evaluated based on the amount of work completed.
Refund Policy
Since website development is a customized digital service:
- Payments made for completed work are non-refundable.
- Advance payments are generally non-refundable once development has started.
- Partial refunds, if applicable, will be determined based on the completed work and expenses incurred.
Third-Party Purchases
Payments made for:
- Domain registration
- Hosting plans
- Premium WordPress themes
- Premium plugins
- Third-party software or services
cannot be refunded because these are purchased from external providers.
Project Delays
Project timelines may be extended if the client delays providing:
- Content
- Images
- Product details
- Required approvals
- Login credentials
Such delays do not qualify for refunds.
Service Refusal
VandanaWeb reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services involving:
- Illegal content
- Copyright infringement
- Fraudulent activities
- Malware or malicious software
- Any activity violating applicable laws
In such cases, refunds may not be provided for work already completed.
