Pricing

Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed:

Intellectual Property

Any charges for:

- Third-party APIs
are separate from website development charges unless specifically included in the quotation.
Limitation of Liability
VandanaWeb is not responsible for:
- Hosting server failures
- Domain issues
- Third-party plugin failures
- Website downtime caused by hosting providers
- Data loss due to client actions or third-party services
